Rent

Steve and and his mother, Jean, had it on easy street. When Steve father passed away, he left all his money and properties to his wife and son. Jean had promised to raise her son full time after her husband passed away. Steve grew up a spoiled kid, whatever he wanted he got. Jean had started to be disgusted by her sons lifestyle. She wanted him to get out and earn his own living. She knew when he turned 18, he could go out and become something. She told him she would give him one week to see if he can get any job interviews. She had a printed out contract saying he would get a job interview. He signed it with little to no effort in reading it.

Steve shrugged off his mother and after a week he did absolutely nothing. Jean knew that this would happen and had planed accordingly. Steve walked into the family room and his mother was sitting on the couch, she told Steve to sit down on the couch. Jean took out the contract and told him what he would have to pay as rent.

Steve was in shock and laughed saying he would just move out now and live with a friend.
